● You're coachable: you love feedback and use it to get better

● You genuinely care when people succeed

● You can have tough conversations without being a jerk about it

● You bring solutions, not excuses

● You want to be part of a team that actually feels like a team

Virtual Assistant (VA Rockstar)

Location: Philippines

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Work from home

Department: Delivery

Salary Range: ₱40,000/month to start, full-time

Do you want a role where your work makes a real difference every single day?

Are you the type who loves keeping things organised, supporting a team, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks?

At The Professional Builder, we help residential builders across the globe get control of their businesses and build the companies (and lives) they’ve always wanted. We’re growing fast and we’re on the lookout for a dependable, proactive Virtual Assistant to join our crew full-time.

The Role: VA Rockstar

Your mission is simple: make sure our members feel fully supported. You’ll be the one sending coaches’ session notes on time, helping members onboard smoothly, keeping resources and workshops easy to access, and making sure reports are done when they need to be. You’ll monitor engagement, track renewals, and keep workshops running like clockwork.

If you’re organised, detail-focused, and love finding ways to make things run better, you’ll thrive here.

What We’re Looking For

You know how to work independently and don’t need someone hovering over you to get things done. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and you can pick up new tools quickly. You’re trustworthy, resourceful, and you don’t leave your teammates hanging. Clear communication is your thing — whether that’s with our coaches or our members.

What’s In It For You

● ₱40,000/month to start, full-time

● 100% work from home

● Supportive team culture — we back each other here

● Training and growth opportunities (HubSpot, systems, and more)

● Stable company with a strong track record

● Physical fitness allowance

● Performance-based bonuses

Is This You?

You like structure but can roll with changes when they come. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable. Most of all, you take pride in knowing members are looked after and everything runs smoothly because of you.

You’re not here to coast. You’re here to grow.

How To Apply

Send us a short video (Loom is fine) introducing yourself and telling us why you’re the VA Rockstar we’re looking for. Attach your CV as well. Please use the following form: https://tp-b.com/va-rockstar
